Calling all runners and hikers

Join us on January 22, 2022 from 8 am to 6 pm as we do hill repeats on the Ceasar Creek Dam to raise money for the Congo. The Dam is .1 mile, 165 ft of gain. 20 repeats will give you a vertical kilometer and 32 repeats will give you a mile. How many can you do? 

                                                        It's a great way  to get in shape for the new year!

   Where: Caesar Creek State Park Dam

               Park at the Caesar Creek Gorge Trail parking
